Description: I took this picture on January 6, 2002 in Bonn (Germany) in front of the Beethoven monument. Though the evening was clear and not even the slightest tinge of fog was to be seen, one of the pictures I took showed some foggy substance and a couple of contours which might be interpreted as a face. I am not particularly fanatic about the paranormal, although I came across a couple of interesting phenomena during the course of my life.
