Description: This picture was taken about four years ago. My neighbor's family and my sister and I were at a local lake, swimming to cool off from the hot summer temperature. The water looked unclean so I decided to just watch. I had my camera with me and decided to take a picture of them in the water. When I got the picture developed, there was an orange and black bolt of fire-looking thing. It seemed to be striking my younger sister in the head. This was not there when I took the picture.
