I do not have the original of this photograph. My cousin burned a bunch of old family photos onto cds for distribution at a family reunion. I have the cd and have through the pictures on it several times and never noticed this anomaly. Suddenly, this photo with the strange face in the TV just jumped out at me the other day when I was researching photos for a family tree. Using an editing software, I have cropped the photo to protect family privacy and blurred my uncle's face. I swear I have not manipulated in any other way. I suppose it's possible for my cousin to have manipulated the photo, but frankly I don't think he's that kind of person. He is attempting to locate the original of the photo for comparison.
